Mekins was incorporated in the year 1978 at Hyderabad, India. Mekins commenced its activities by developing agricultural machinery with a technical tie- up with ICRISAT .
Later, Mekins diversified into the line of Material Handling & Automobile Packaging. Today, Mekins has factories across Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai & Ahmedabad spread across over 2,90,000 sq.feet. We are certified by ISO 9001 for Quality Management and Design & Development. We are also certified by ISO 14001 for Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health & Safety. We have also secured Silver Medal for Sustainability from Ecovadis. We are certified by EN15085 (Welding Certification).
Further, Mekins is the first company in South Asia to be certified by EPAL (European Pallet Association Lannach, Austria) to manufacture and supply export quality exchangeable steel pallets to various European Countries.

Mekins has a Joint Venture with Paul Mueller (Germany) for automobile pallets & steel stillages for the Indian Automobile Industry. The JV is supplying various products to major automobile OEM’s like Apollo, Benteler, BKT, Bridgestone,Ceat, Cosma, Daimler, Eicher, Ford, Gestamp, Honda, JBM, Kia, Komatsu, Mahindra, Magna, Mercedes, Michelin, MRF, Nissan, Renault, Saint Gobain, Suzuki, Tata, Volkswagen, Volvo, Yokohama & the list goes on.
Paul Mueller started its operations in the year 1959 at Balve (Germany). The company is into design, development, production and distribution of special transport packaging and loading equipment for nearly all large automobile factories and their suppliers. The materials processed by Paul Mueller are metal, wood and various types of plastic. By means of an optimal combination of these materials, individual solutions can be provided for almost every type of packaging requirement.
